    Standard Shipping - USPS

    • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 
    • Flat rate standard shipping is $5.50
    • Standard shipping takes between 3-6 business days 
      • All orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and packaged the following business day
      • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed and packaged the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday)

    Priority Shipping - USPS

    • Flat rate priority shipping is $10.00
    • Priority shipping takes between 1-3 business days 
      • All orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and packaged the following business day
      • Orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be processed and packaged the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday)

    Next Day Shipping - UPS

    • Flat rate next day shipping is $30.00
    • Next day shipping takes 1 business day
      • All orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and packaged the following business day
      • Orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be processed and packaged the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday)

      You will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your order.

      Local Pickup 

      • For all you local peeps, feel free to swing by and pick up your order!
      • Orders are ready for pickup within 24-48 hours (business days) after the order is placed 
      • To make it easier for us to communicate, please provide your phone number
      • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready

      Undeliverable Packages

      • If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed to correct the delivery.  The customer will be billed for the additional shipping charges incurred to re-deliver the package. 
      • Once your order is submitted, you cannot change it.  Please make sure your information is correct.  
      Lost or Stolen Packages
      • Go Big U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  
      • If there is a problem with your tracking number and/or delivery, please contact the courier directly.
